Miswak stick (Salvadora persica root or twig): 1

Step-by-Step

Trim about a centimetre of bark from one end.

Chew that end until the fibres separate into a soft brush.

Brush the teeth and gums with it, rinsing the stick after use.

Tips

Trim the used end back and re-chew a fresh tip every few days.
