Dried mullein flowers: 2 tablespoons

Olive oil: 1/2 cup (120 ml)

Step-by-Step

Cover the flowers with the oil in a small jar.

Leave in a warm place for two weeks, then strain into a clean dropper bottle.

Warm 2 to 3 drops to body temperature and place in the sore ear, lying on your side for a few minutes.

Tips

Test the oil temperature on your wrist first — it should feel barely warm.
